Return Policy Shipping Damage Customers must take detailed pictures of any damaged boxes/products, and write a detailed description of the present damages. Note: Shipping damage that occurs with an LTL shipment must be notated on the freight bill at the time of delivery for a claim to be processed. Once these required steps are complete, all information and images must be emailed to customerservice@truckac.com and the claims process will begin. Additional freight damage insurance protection of all product shipments is the responsibility of the customer. Please notate in writing the request for additional insurance in the shipping instructions when placing your order online. I got the wrong part All unused, unopened, and uninstalled products can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Special ordered products are non-returnable. Incidental returns received after the 30th day from purchase date will not be accepted. All products must be in original packaging and in salable condition. Warranty Return TruckAC.com reserves the right to conduct a review and inspection of each warranty claim and to accept or deny any claim not meeting the manufacturer’s requirements for warranty. TruckAC.com will not warranty products, which it did not sell, have been abused, mishandled, altered or used inappropriately. Products that do not meet TruckAC.com installation guidelines will not qualify for warranty coverage. Defective returns shipped back after the 15th day from the date RMA was issued will not be accepted.
