Taj Mahal was constructed by the emperor of Mughal “Shah Jahan” in the memory of his lovely beloved wife “Mumtaz Mahal”. The construction of this complex took about 22 years, but not one design element was added after the buildings were completed. On both sides of the Taj were these similar buildings. One of them was for guests and the other is a mosque. In the Taj Mahal, you can relate the art of that time with intricate work on marbles & sculpted marbles. If you are going to visit this monument then remember the Taj Mahal Timings are sunrise to sunset every day (06:00 am to 06:30 pm) except Friday.
