I am also a trained and highly experienced, senior Mediator and Arbitrator, primarily in Family Law, Estates, and Fee Dispute areas. I have taught and written extensively in the interface of law and mental health, and have been a leader in the development of interdisciplinary and Alternative Dispute Resolution processes in my various communities. I co-organized the first Buffalo/Niagara Collaborative Family Law Council to enhance non-litigation alternatives for resolving family/personal disputes.
