Lighthouse was founded in 2016 and provided an intentionally designed, individually tailored, and community-focused approach. Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of families and gained national recognition as one of the most effective aftercare treatment programs.

Lighthouse Recovery provides a comprehensive suite of addiction treatment programs in Dallas, including our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Sober Living. These programs can be attended independently or together, as part of the Lighthouse Extended Care Program.

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) equips clients with the understanding, resources, and framework to foster a solid and confident foundation in sobriety. Participants engage in both group and individual therapy and can consult with a psychiatrist if necessary. PHP serves as an initial step in a more extended treatment plan. Individuals in need of a highly structured and intensive therapeutic environment to build a strong foundation for their sobriety can greatly benefit from a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Convenient and flexible programming.

Our Intensive Outpatient program includes group, individual, and family therapy sessions. Besides addressing addiction directly, we provide a variety of holistic therapies to help with anxiety, depression, shame, trauma, family dynamics, and process addictions. Clients who require ongoing support and therapy for addiction and related issues while maintaining daily responsibilities can greatly benefit from an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).
