Geisha Montes de Oca studied acting in New York City and Journalism and Broadcasting in the Dominican Republic. She also studied screenwriting for Film and Television. Speaks Spanish, English and Italian.
Geisha began her career as a beauty queen and has won five local and international crowns including Miss World Dominican Republic. On September 27, 2014 Geisha auditioned in Miami, Florida for the 9th season of Nuestra Belleza Latina 2015 and, after several elimination rounds around the United States, she was selected to be part of the Top 12 finalists who enter the mansion of Nuestra Belleza Latina. Her most notable endeavor was her participation in one of the highest-rated Hispanic TV show in the United States and many Latin American countries, Nuestra Belleza Latina. In 2015 She went on to become one of the most voted contestant in the history of the TV show with 73% of the public’s votes against her rival. Millions of people showed enormous amounts of support for Geisha.
Some of her latest films includes “Todos Los Hombres Son Iguales” (All Men Are the Same), “Cinderello”, “Misión Estrella” (Star Mission), “Patricia” and “Amigo D”.
In 2016 she was part of the popular TV Show “Aquí se Habla Español” a place where she won the affection of many people in the audience for her occurrences, fun personality and imitations of artists.
