Since our inception 11 years ago, we have been serving a diverse clientele, which comprises a healthy mix of corporate, non-profit and private companies. Clandestine Events also operates as a destination management company. Our seasoned team members have traveled across the U.S., offering our services to like-minded client partners. Whether you are planning to throw an unforgettable party, celebrate a loved one's birthday, or organizing a conference, we have got you covered.
Clandestine began as a boutique event design firm based in New Orleans, focused on delivering truly authentic experiences to worldly visitors. Our clientele tends to be upper class with fairly big budgets. Since then, the business has morphed & evolved and we now offer a range of event production, hospitality and activation services to both private clients as well as corporate clientele. Many of our client events are customer appreciation or cocktail receptions that are held in conjunction with a larger conference in the cities that we service.
In addition to this work, our largest client sponsors both the Indy500 as well as the F1 Miami race - where we have provided a breadth of services from complete VIP suite design, sourcing, and installation through to hospitality staffing and ‘gen pop’ experiences.
The vision for Clandestine is to continue to work our way to larger and larger events & experiences; ideally, as a vendor on retainer for brands that need multiple activations throughout the year.
