Before the update process, you must read the release notes of new firmware that you are going to upload into the re.rockspace.local range extender. By reading the release notes you could know the configuration settings that will get deleted and the features that will update during the process. When the update process gets done, you can confirm the completion of the process by checking the Status tab of the web menu Dashboard of the Rackspace range extender.
