Our move went great because we got to know our driver. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful. Our items arrived so quickly that it made our cross-country a bit challenging to beat the moving van to our new home. John and Maxwell (I believe they came from AZ) were the ones who did the packing and loading of the truck from our old house in UT. They were fabulous! They worked quickly and efficiently and were very careful with everything they did. Originally, 2 days were scheduled, 1 for packing and 1 for loading. However, since they worked so quickly they could finish everything in one day. They first asked us if it was okay to continue and we said yes. It was a very long day, but it was nice to have the second day to do whatever else we needed or wanted to accomplish. Thanks, everyone!

Max and his crew were on time. They took care in ensuring everything was handled carefully and put in the correct location. Also assembled all the oversized items. The coordinator, Miller, did an excellent job keeping us up to date through the whole moving process.

The whole operation runs like clockwork. They were meticulous and speedy; the entire move took 20 minutes! They moved 600lbs worth of stainless steel and had to remove the door to get the ranges through. Beyond impressive. I was initially kind of susceptive of the 5-star throughout rating, especially for a moving company, you know. Now I understand why. Well deserved.
The booking process is super easy - It's always a team of 3 guys, who I swear can pack up and move ANYTHING. They wrap all the furniture, so it is safe and secure, have extra wardrobe boxes, and the last time my mom used them, they even helped her finish packing some of her packages! They packed up my entire 1-bedroom apartment into the truck within 1 hour, almost precisely. I highly recommend using them!
Boxes were super clean and user-friendly. Delivery and pick-up were on time. Lend-a-Box found good moving companies, so I didn't have to figure that out. I would 100% use Lend-a-Box for any future TX-area moves -- I hope they go nationwide someday. Love how little cardboard we had to deal with.

These guys were AWESOME. I called two days before because my previous vendor was not responsive. They sent me a quote within minutes and followed up immediately to ensure I'd received it. The move was smooth, and the customer service was excellent. I was contacted on move day to confirm that the guys were enrooted - they arrived on time, foreman introduced himself, and started working expediently without hesitation. There wasn’t any elevator that could be reserved in our apartment, so other people were using it. I contacted New Horizon Moving for my move on Friday. They were great. They were on time and gave a courtesy call before they arrived with my two-person crew. After paperwork, they got right to work. They were friendly, punctual, and took special care of my things, wrapping all of my large items uncounted my TVs, taking my bed apart and reassembling in my new place. They moved my entire apt in about 2 1/2 hours.

These guys were amazing!!! Love them! They were fast and wrapped all my furniture really well. Super lovely and courteous. I knew I had a lot of stuff and so I requested 3 movers and the big truck. I was moving from a second floor with very inconvenient access for the truck, making them walk a long distance back and forth. All 3 ran the whole day. Very impressed and definitely recommend it!!
They were very prompt in answering our initial inquiry, and scheduling the pack and move was very easy. On the day of the action, the crew arrived with more than apposite supplies and quickly started packing and loading the truck. They were extremely patient with us, and I highly recommend it to them.

New Horizon Moving who called before they arrived were polite and extremely efficient! They finished my move in half the estimated time and helped me place a bulky rooftop tent on my truck. The place was packed within 2 hours, and the things were delivered to our house carefully. Most recommended to all because of the amazing and efficient service by them.

Three young men arrived early Saturday morning and were very pleasant, professional, and handled my items with care. They completed the job within the amount of time promised and the agreed-upon budget. I honestly would have paid them more if moving was not already so expensive.

Not one dish was broken or chipped, and not one item was lost or damaged. They automatically set up the furniture and appliances without me asking. This move was far smoother than any of the others and at a very reasonable price. The three guys who came to move my household goods worked carefully. The four-bedroom townhouse was cleared out in a few hours and delivered and reassembled everything in the new house by early afternoon. They were quick and treated my stuff like it was their own. I'd hire them again in a minute if I ever needed to move something again.
We hired them for their full packing and moving service, and it was great. The crew was incredibly efficient, gracious, and patient. All this for about half of what some competitors had quoted us (looking at you college hunks). I honestly couldn't recommend them enough and will 100% hire them for my next move.

What amazing movers they are. All the while, in our new home, asking where things needed to be placed, or if something needed to be moved, etc. They even reinstalled our beds and tables and went out of their way to protect the floors. I was so impressed.
It was a very small move - no furniture - and the flat rate we got from DUMBO was the cheapest by far with no hidden fees, COI included in the price, etc., essentially it was cheaper than getting someone from TaskRabbit with an hourly charge. I will use it again for small moves.
