Plumstead Electrical was established in 1968 by Sandy Gold. In 2004, the company was expanded and a new lighting division, Okavango Electrical Wholesalers and Lighting, was opened. Today, the company is the leading independent wholesale supplier of premium electrical goods in Cape Town.
