EGO Outlet - Exchange & Return Policy
All merchandise can be exchanged with-in 15 days of purchase with a proof of purchase at any EGO store across Pakistan.
- Exchange is only possible on unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached.
- Merchandise purchased on DISCOUNT can neither be exchanged nor refunded.
- All sales are non-refundable.
- All defected merchandise (exception merchandise bought at Factory Outlets) can be exchanged/refunded right-away with no questions asked.
- Defected merchandise to be refunded at an original invoice/tag price at the store it was purchased from or any EGO owned stores.
*What is a Proof of Purchase?
- Invoice/e-receipt.
- In case customer fails to provide a proof of purchase they are required to tell the date and time of purchase.
*How to identify Factory Outlet stock? Look for sliced size labels.
