Blinx Eyewear is a small, female-owned company started by a nurse who noticed the need for eye protection while working in hospitals, under extremely bright LED lights, and long hours documenting patient records in front of a computer screen. Nurse Iris noticed that many nurses were suffering from the same lingering headaches, dry & itchy eyes, and chaotic sleep cycles. This led her to do more research into the causes of these symptoms and out of that, Blinx Eyewear was born. It has been the goal of Blinx Eyewear to promote eye health and educate others about the benefits of wearing blue light blocking glasses.
