Originally from Scotland. Dr. Mitchell received his undergraduate degree from Manchester Metropolitan University, his dental degree at Birmingham University and his post-graduate training from the University of Florida. Dr. Mitchell has practiced dentistry since 1996 and is active in his profession. Dr. Mitchell has advanced training in dental sedation and the placement of dental implants. Dr. Mitchell enjoys learning and is a member of the Spear Education program. Dr. Mitchell is an adjunct professor and clinical instructor at Daytona State College of Dental Hygiene.
Dr. Mitchell belongs to the Florida Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Florida Dental Society of Anesthesiology, the Spear Education Academy and the Florida Dental Association.
Dr. Mitchell enjoys traveling, family time (with his three children), learning languages, audiobooks, cooking, wine tasting as well as health and fitness.
