The aircraft will be shaped like a covered dish antenna pointing down with the drum filled with lighter-than-air gas. Meanwhile, the aircraft's top is covered in solar panels, and eight rotors are on the side. Most of the lift is from the lighter-than-air gas, leaving the rotors with vertical takeoff, landing, propulsion, and maneuverability.
Like other pseudo-satellites, it can maintain a position over a location for months without having to land. It will be much smaller, half the size of other pseudo-satellites or less, and the manufacturing cost will be reduced by more than 50%. That is equivalent to a fraction of the cost of manufacturing a real satellite.
