It began when a gamer's passion and a dreamer's vision collided; in June of 2017, Krunal and Jill quit their corporate jobs to establish The Board Game Co.
The pair's goal was to provide significant, ground-breaking services that are both efficient and interesting in order to simultaneously address the needs of the business and its personnel.
The pandemic was the catalyst for TBGC's actual turnaround because the company was among the first in its field to develop virtual solutions to engage and educate WFH employees. As we began developing many next-generation, tech-enabled platforms that successfully reconnected teams and organisations in a fun and intellectual way, our actual potential became apparent.
Today, TBGC proudly stands as a company that not only runs programs but also serves as a leading international supplier of tech-enabled concepts to other team-building/training businesses across the globe.
