As Walk Ins are always welcome we recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability and to accommodate your individual schedule. Appointments can be made by calling the salon 412-788-4700 or through our website online booking system.
For a Stress Free Spa Experience and to allow us to accommodate to your individual appointments; we ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled service time. This allows time to fill out necessary paperwork changing time before your treatment, and most importantly time to relax before your services. Late Arrivals Will be Subject To Reduced Treatment Time.
Sapphira's wants to ensure that your chosen treatment is the best experience for you. Please Advise your receptionist and technician if your have any changes in your medical history, recent injuries, current medications, and if you are pregnant. Sapphira's Spa and Salon reserves the right to deny or reschedule any service if we feel it is unsafe for our guest.
We recommend that you leave all valuables at home. Sapphira's cannot take responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen items personal belongings.
Prices do not include gratuity. Only Cash Tips Can Be Accepted By Our Technicians.
We ask our guests to please respect the calm and relaxing environment of our salon and the enjoyment of our other guests. Please keep all cell phones on silent and we ask that all calls are taken outside of treatment areas.
