SKI LODGE RINCON DEL LA VIEJA
PROFILE
The term "oski" is coined from the Greek root which means "a house for meeting and refuge".
It began operations in 2018 as a sustainable development company in the area of rural community tourism.
Its mission is to provide visitors with the enjoyment of ecological adventures and rural experiences. To achieve this, it plans and organizes different adventure tourism options and activities with local tour operators.
The rural experience begins with rustic lodging facilities, built entirely of wood and designed to reflect the rural style of the past. The second element added is the cuisine, which includes local dishes and beverages from the northern region.
LAND
Oski Lodge is located on over 8 hectares of land, 5 of which are comprised of forests with marked trails.
INFRASTRUCTURE
The tourist infrastructure includes a main house with 4 double rooms with balconies, private bathrooms, hot water showers, a living room, kitchen area, restaurant, and cellar.
The rooms have a double and a single bed, fans, and a ceiling.
The house is surrounded by spacious corridors.
There are 3 large cabins available for 6 or 5 people, with a bathroom, fans, a ceiling, and a large porch.
There is also a two-story cabin equipped for 2 people with a double bed, shower, and fan.
A two-story house for 4 people with a toilet on the second floor and a shower on the first floor.
A laundry room, a solar-powered clothesline for drying clothes, and a cellar.
There are about 2 hectares of gardens with ornamental, medicinal, and edible plants.
There is a typical ranch and a pool with 100% natural spring water, free of chemicals.
The property has natural springs and a spectacular view of the Rincon de la Vieja volcano.
Oski Lodge has operating permits and liability insurance. It also offers internet and cable television services.
