2. Choose your Floor Plan. ($3,000 fee for custom changes)
3. Money down up front* ($20,000 or 5% of purchase price, whichever is greater) is required prior to construction.
4. Personalize  your home. So many selections to choose from. Let our design team make your home beautiful!
5. Mechanical walk-through with agent and/or builder.
6. Final walk-through with agent and/or builder.
7. Move in to your new customized L2 home and enjoy!
