Idaho Tree Preservation offers the finest tree services for trees and plants in Boise and the treasure valley. We specialize in the “Art and Science of Modern Arboriculture”. Because we live in the city of trees,
We believe in the art and science of modern arboriculture. Proper tree care starts on planting day and continues through the course of its life. At ITP, we are constantly researching the latest technology and information to provide the best possible care for your trees.
Ezekiel T. Willard has been caring for plants and trees for 15 years. He started his career in the beautiful gardens of Seattle, Washington, managing multiple-acre estates on the edge of the Puget Sound. After doing this for a number of year, he decided to make it official and began studying at Edmonds Community College north of Seattle. This is where he obtained his certificate of Ornamental Horticulture.
Shortly thereafter, Ezekiel (or as we call him, Zeke) became a Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture and has maintained the society’s high standards ever since. Zeke and his wife, Janet, owned and operated a landscaping and tree service in Seattle for a number of years before deciding to relocate back to Janet’s native Idaho in early 2003.
After interviewing with many local landscaping and tree companies, Zeke was very disillusioned with the attitude towards tree care in the “city of trees.” So, after much discussion, Idaho Tree Preservation was born. We are committed to take the best possible care of every tree in our community and to educate our community members on proper tree health practices.
A mature tree offers shade, beauty, and is extremely valuable if well cared for. Trees take many, many years to become mature and improper care can be irreversible. Idaho Tree Preservation is licensed with the city of Boise and insured for your protection. Whenever you hire someone to work on your trees, please call the City Forester for a recommendation.
Idaho Tree Preservation is the premier company you can choose to care for your trees.
