If a user is unable to log in to the Amped router interface, make sure you are typing in the correct login credentials in the required fields. Instead of typing setup.ampedwireless.com in the address bar, try typing the IP address as the URL of the browser. The default IP address of the Amped router is 192.168.3.1.
