In 2005 we opened our first personal training studio which grew to a 3000sqft fitness facility by 2015. In 2016 our online personal training program was launched and today we are established market leaders in the design & installation of residential fitness facilities. HGS is privately owned and managed by one of its original founders, Matt Hancocks. An International master trainer, European speaker and passionate health coach.
