Joshua was very upfront about what her movers could and couldn't do and the extra equipment provided, such as wardrobe boxes which saved me a lot of time packing my closets. I spoke to the movers in TX, and they were thoughtful and efficient, moving our one-bedroom apartment to a three-bedroom house in about 2.25 hours.
Our crew went above and beyond to help us in a heatwave. It never made us feel bad for any requests we had or whatever heavy things we wanted moving like a piano, trees in barrels, etc. They also came in lower than estimated. A nice bonus! Elite Relocation Group Inc came to our rescue at short notice when a local moving company no longer had space for us. I arranged a free no obligation survey which took place 24 hours after our enquiry. We received a quote that was actually cheaper than previously received from the original company. We decided to go for the full pack and move and was truly well worth the money. The house was fully packed and ready the day prior to our move. Hard to believe this was possible but they know their stuff. Our whole experience with this company was amazing: happy crew very polite and patient making our move an enjoyable experience.

I'm an interior decorator, so my furniture is unique and has a lot of mirrored pieces, which I was nervous about moving. My three guys worked so hard. They also had a generous supply of blankets to protect my furniture and electronics. Once the guys were done, I received a call from the owner regarding service and my satisfaction with the move. We had three movers and a big truck from a two-bedroom duplex to another two-bedroom duplex. The movers called us to inform us of their arrival time in advance. We had already packed up the house, so they had to load the truck when they arrived. The guys worked quickly and were courteous. The cost was reasonable too. We also tipped each mover $70 cash.
