In case a user is encountering an issue while interacting with the dlinkap.local interface, the first thing you can do is to check the connection between your router and the extender. Make sure your computer with which you are trying to visit the web interface of your extender is connected to the Wi-fi signals of your range extender. If you are not connected to the Wi-fi signals of your range extender, you won’t be able to visit the web interface of a D-Link range extender.
