With rare exceptions, we do not deliver hot food orders or live animals.
We do not operate vehicles over 10,000 GVW.
Residential deliveries can only be made to the threshold, a garage, or other outside area, unless an Inside Damage Waiver is signed in advance by the homeowner (or 3PL). Our cargo insurance covers what we deliver, but will not cover damage to the floor, walls, or ceiling of a residence, or items we did not deliver inside a home.
