Our establishment was enacted under the provisions of the corporate law of the then Netherlands Antilles (now dissolved). Our location in the immediate vicinity of vessels visiting the ship repair yard gives us a distinct advantage. This enables us to be readily available to attend to any needs that should arise onboard a ship.
