Alligator indicator training 

The Alligator   was created by a man named  Bill Williams  . It consists of three lines in blue, red and green. Each of these lines is a  moving average  that shows the market trend.

The following image shows an example of this indicator:

Blue Line:  The line that  simple moving average  is the crocodile jaw  (jaw)  is known. The time period in which it is considered is usually 13 days, which has been applied to the previous 8 candlesticks. It is calculated by the following formula:

Red line:  This line, which is a  simple moving average  , is known as crocodile  teeth , the period of time in which it is considered, is 8 days, which is applied to the last 5 candlesticks. It is calculated by the following formula:

Green line:  This line is also a  simple moving average  , which is known as crocodile  lips  and the period of time in which it is considered is 5 days, which has been applied to the previous 3 candlesticks and from It is calculated by the following formula:

By selecting Indicator in the Bill Williams section,  this indicator is specified.

As shown in the figure above, the three indicator colors are given in the indicator settings.

As shown in the image, the parameters menu specifies the time period of each of the colors used in the indicator.
