Venue Amenities Featuring 11 foot ceilings with state-ofthe-art audio and visual equipment, smart flat screen TVs, velvet seating, custom lighting, Wi-Fi, electric fireplace, pool table, central heating & air conditioning, and newly renovated restrooms. Included with all private events are four staff members - an event manager, bartender, bar-back, and lobby hostess at no additional cost. Tax, gratuity, and cleaning fees are all inclusive in our rental rates as well as complimentary use of our glassware, ice buckets, and crystal drink dispensers.

Rental rates include time for load-in, setup, and breakdown. Paid vendors may arrive 60 minutes prior to rental start time, additional setup or breakdown time may be available for an added fee.
