Legion Pizza is Atlanta's 1st Roman Style Pizzeria. Our pizza is modeled after the pizzerias in the city of Rome. Traditionally, the dough is made and fermented for 96 hours before being baked in rectangular, metal pans. The dough is crisp on the outside and billowy on the inside.
