Shoddy business practices, patronising and rude response to my request for a refund after they admitted that the ~$120 order I made wasn't shipped on Monday, as they advised, (I only found out it wasn't shipped Monday when I asked for tracking information on Friday as it hadn't arrived - they originally said it was shipped and I needed to wait longer, then they admitted they ran out of time, but ignored my request for a refund and shipped it on a Friday anyway, in direct contradiction to their advertised shipping policy which states they ship Mondays and ONLY Mondays so that orders arrive before the weekend). Flo also stated I’d receive the order in 72 hours, however it isn’t arriving for another 5 days. Oh and I had the pleasure of being told that they know what days are best to ship because they, “send over 200 plants per week via Etsy/Ebay and our website and have been doing so fort he last 3 years, please be sure that we are well aware of the best days and times to ship plants.” Instead of acknowledging an oversight and providing a simple apology, the business owner decided to be deceitful and condescending.
