One of our favorite things to do is take a person with an exceptional palate and make them eat or drink what us plebes actually buy day-to-day.
We do it for two reasons. First, we like to torture people. Two, it helps us know which product to buy the next time we’re at the grocery store. So to find the best tomato sauce at the supermarket, we went to acclaimed Italian chef Steve Samson.
