Punjab Region is Blessed with many Attractive Tourist Sites but still those sites lack exploration and properly guided direction is missing. History of Neelwan Valley is Very Old but Interesting and Linked with British Rule. It was part of Jhelum in British Rule. There are Many Famous Places from Mughal Era which also exists in this Valley which include; the Famous "Takht-e-Babri" and "Bagh-e-Safa" Garden. Area of Neelwan Valley is still not very much Populated.

Neelwan Ponds - Roman Baths in Pakistan - Notable Tourist Sport in Kalar Kahar Valley, are located on 30 to 40Km drive when take exit from Motorway towards Kalar Kahar. After reaching the Valley, it has further 45 Minutes trekking downhill adventurous way into the rocky barren mountains.
Right in the Middle of the Valley this track gives Beautiful View. There are Three (3) Ponds; Pond 1, Pond 2 & Pond 3 which founded by the same flow of stream. This valley has Two (2) Wonderful Streams with Crystal Clear Water. The Flow Stream which is source of bringing water in these Beautiful Ponds is very Famous because of Purity of Water and Cold Blue Water.
